Here’s the rub! Happiness isn’t based on conditions?
IT’s A CHOICE of BEING
What are you doing to take control of your attitude? When was the last time you actually surveyed your responses to different difficulties? Are you only happy when things go your way? Why??? Life is always good, but you often have to find the good within in it.
Here are 5 things you can do today, that will stimulate happiness within you!
1. Start identifying things you are thankful for throughout the day. Look for things, you will naturally begin noticing things that have always been there, but unnoticed.
2. Shut you mouth and think before you speak, so that when you say something it was worth the breath you breathed.
3. Intentionally create happiness for others. Of course you can’t make them happy, but focus on creating win-win’s in everything you do.
4. Exercise daily. Give you body the opportunity to LIVE in your journey. Getting rid of toxins helps your body give back to you.
5. Eat at least a salad a day and drink more water than any other beverage. It’ll keep your mind clear and you’ll be able to think as if the skies were sunny and blue versus cloudy and overcast.
